These put out excellent light. They are very lightweight and easy to install. I gutted a couple of old fluorescent units and pop-riveted the new clips to the reflector to make lightweight, safe and very bright worklights. Be aware of hazards in old fluorescents: the bulbs contain mercury and very old ballasts (ones without "no PCBs" on the label) likely contain that toxin, are hazardous waste and must be properly disposed.

Need a brain but understand that there is no shield on preventing light from going up so that direction of light and he says like 280 degrees very bright very light we'll see how long they last

I bought these for my seed starts this year and love that they connect to each other and each have a on off switch so I can turn the top on or off while the bottom are still on ! They work great and are light weight and well made

Easy to install if using the included chains. Would not be easy if trying to attach flush to ceiling. I did not pay attention to detail when ordering or I would have realized they do not have the cover. The bulb is exposed all the way around. Still a very bright light and perfect for what I needed them for.

I’m very happy. I have 6 up in a two car garage and have plenty of light. I used two more over work benches and still have two left to find a home for. Plenary of light and super light weight. I would highly recommend these lights.

They put out plenty of light with a nice daylight color. Flush mounting them using the slotted holes did not work for me, I ended up using the clips for the hanger chains.

Using for seed starting plant shelves. Light weight and very bright. Like that they can plug into each other to form a chain of lights that can be plugged into one outlet, where outlets are in short supply. Also can plug a few together into a timer to keep the light/dark cycles coordinated.

Bright, light, compact, and much less expensive than local alternatives. This is the second lot of 10 we've bought. Originally intended for a garage/workshop being built but we've been using these elsewhere as replacements to existing lights & new applications.

Had 4 8' foot industrial fluorescent fixtures in my garage, replaced with 9 of the 10 of these I ordered, wow is it so much brighter, probably could have used 6 lol. The fixtures feels so fragile, but they perform better than I expected. It's nice that you can plug one into the other, so you don't need receptacles all over the place.

The lights are great! They are fragile as the tubes are not housed. They are held together at the ends and no cover above them. Only thing I don’t like is that when you plug them into each other, when you turn off the first one in the line, the rest down the line shut off too. It would be cool if the outlets all stayed on so you can turn on and off each individual one without affecting the ones further down the line.

These LED lights were used to replace existing fluorescent fixtures that were 17 years old. The light produced is brighter than the old lights even with new bulbs and they will use less power so it is a win-win for me.

I strung several of these together around an un finished basement and put a bunch more in the garage. The mounting tabs aren't amazing, but they do the job. The light output is great. And because they are plastic tubes filled with LEDs breakage is not an issue. For this reason I have kept one loose. If you turn off a light every light beyond it in the string also turns off. Look to other brands if you don’t want this happening.

I used this in my workshop and they are so light and easy to put up its sick. But also the light is so bright it is awesome. Just love this product and the price is so right.

Good basic design and super light weight. Bought a 10 pack and installed them-all 10 work well at a great low price. Two things-they are advertised as 4 foot (actually closer to 45 inches making it hard to hit studs or rafters, but they are so light, mollies in drywall work well enough). Also, step 1- throw away the included screws and use your own. Mounting clips work well (better than keyhole design)- Just install your clips 43 1/2 inches apart center to center and snap the fixtures in.

Hung these in the garage and the light is good and all. But the wires have to be set just right or they dont work. So wiring kn them is not great, but if to can tape them in place or something they are pretty nice.
