Maybe not the best choice for PoE

These are great! I didn't realize they were flat when I ordered them but it's fine. I did notice that I had trouble with some Ubiquiti Unifi access points dropping out when I used these for PoE so be careful of that. For patch panel/switch connections tho, they work great.

Cables look and work great!

I ended up purchasing the 1.5, 3, and 5 feet flat cables to help clean up the mess of cables i had for my entertainment system as well as my office. Perfect when coupled with a staple gun so they will lie flat against the surface.

NO VOMITING BITS HERE!

All observable bits have flown through these cables at an extremely fast rate. Faster than bits through lesser cables, that's for sure.And, they are flat, the bits don't spiral around each other and get so dizzy that they throw up. That creates congestion in the cable, and that's bad.(It's a patch cable. It does what it's supposed to do)

Flat cable rocks! for my opinion

All pieces working fine in a gigabit network. Really like the flexibility and compactness of flat cable. These cat 6 ethernet cables may not be readily available in all areas, making it difficult to obtain them when needed.
