I need to connect my digital piano (with MIDI USB-B) to iPad Pro (USB-C). Bought this thinking it would work from my Samsung galaxy S10 to my HP printer. My printer is not wireless so I wanted an easy way to print from my phone without having to use my laptop and thought this would be the solution, but it doesn't work unfortunately. I got this cable and plugged it into an older USB type A the more traditional-looking square USB port and cautiously plugged it into my computer that only seems to have USB C plugs, like magic, my computer saw the legacy printer that was attached to the other end. Now, instead of my having to plug in a USB replicator from USB C to multiple USB B style ports, I can now just plug my cable straight into my computer without having to dig out or plug in my port replicator in order to print something

Super little cable to do exactly what I needed without a dongle for my laptop. My computer refused to print wirelessly with my laser jet and this was my last ditch effort to get the printing done without replacing the printer. Did the job right out the gate. And it was also a fraction of the price of any cable you’d find in stores.

This is a good cable to get if you want to connect some audio devices to your computer for music production. Many manufacturers have usb-b outputs to interface with your computer and this cable works perfectly for that use case.

At first I thought this cable didn’t work, but it was the app settings in Piano Marvel that needed to be changed for my 2021 iPad Pro with usb-c connection to enable my digital piano to connect seamlessly.It doesn’t require an adapter from usb-a(printer style) as did my old cable did to connect to the previous iPad with a lightning connector.

Not much needs said about this printer cable: it does what it’s supposed to do and does it fast. It seems about twice as fast as a USB 2.0 cable hooked to a USB Type-C converter, though that could be perception. The braided cord around the wires helps prevent it from shorting out early, and it wrapped in a wide ovular pattern inside the bag without any folds or pinches to the wire. While this is not quite as good as the circular pattern in the listing description, it still should go a long way…

This seems to be a quality braided nylon usb cable. I needed to still connect to my printer on my new iMac and this was the perfect solution without having to buy an expensive Apple converter cable. The strain reliefs are a little stiff but I don't think that will matter much unless you frequently are moving, plugging and unplugging them constantly.

I used this cable in conjunction with a 3ft USB adapter to a 3D printer and the 2 together work great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The cable may be prone to tangling.

Thought I would review this cable because while I know 99% of you will use this for it's stated purpose, I use it to connect my Line6 Spider amp to my MacBook and it works like a freggin charm. I was worried it wouldn't register since USB-B is so niche and USB-C is so new, but it does everything it should. Just thought I would confirm in case anyone else is considering using this for a similar purpose.

I use this cable to connect my Surface Laptop Studio to my printer. It works perfectly well and the 10 foot length means I can get a good distance away while still being plugged in. The plug ends are nice and sturdy feeling and the cable itself is braided, giving it a nice texture as well as some added durability. Plus, being able to plug a printer into a USB-C device like a MacBook or Surface without needing a USB-C to USB-A adapter is nice.
