Strong points with huge room-of improvement

It provides us an easy way of monitoring our network devices as well other infrastructure components like servers that are managed by different vendors (like AWS). I haven't found anything specific yet but it seems they have some issues when you need more than one agent per device/server so if this happens we will be looking for another solution. The product itself isn't very user friendly in terms of configuration management - there should probably be better documentation available at least…
