I own two units and one of them suddenly stopped outputting heat. It appears that the bulb has burned out as the remote will still activate it. Flip of the coin for this product as the other unit still works fine

Horrible. Used it once for 1 hour - was fine. The 2nd use the motor quit completely. Can’t get a refund as I bought it 5 weeks ago.

The heater itself is a bit smaller than I had pictured. I didn’t really look at dimensions prior to buying. But it has capability of good heat output for smaller spaces. We live in the Midwest and use it in the winter to heat a small part of the garage (man cave portion). The higher output for heat the brighter the bulb is as well. So if we have it in front of us while watching TV out there, it is very distracting and bright. We have a propane heater that works wonders in the whole 2 car…

Had it for just over a year and used it 4 times. After turning it on, the little fan inside tries to spin and makes all sorts of noise and then stops.

The unit heats my small sized shop just fine, taking off the cold edge. Response time is immediate and very easy to install. However, there is no local control on the unit itself, so if you lose the remote and it breaks there is no way to turn the unit on or control the heat level. For me, that's a significant oversight in the design.

I brought this heater last winter. It let's out a lot heat. However, it went dead in less than 2 to 3 months. Thanks for attention!

Even on the highest setting, the heat output on this is barely noticeable and will only make a difference in a very small room or if you’re standing a foot away from it. On top of that, it started to fail to power off via remote command after a week. The remote has a full battery, and the unit itself acknowledged the command to power off, but never actually did. Overall, this is a very poor heater and you would be wise to avoid this product.

We love this boot dryer and it is easy for the kids to use as they come home from school with wet boots and gloves. They set the timer and we can let it run. Fits both boots and gloves of many sizes. We are very happy to have purchased this!

My running shoes used to become completely smelly shoes in humid weather. I will put my running shoes on the heater's vent all night, and wake up the next day my running shoes will no longer be wet.

I chose this because it lacks a fan. I hate heaters with noisy fans that interfere with trying to watch TV and this on is perfect because it's silent! It puts out a lot of heat, and really doesn't even need the oscillating feature. It's lightweight and compact so it's easy to move around the house. My only complaint is the price - it is a bit expensive for what it is, but it does seem to be well made.

This is great! It can dry two pairs of kid boots in about an hour so they can head back out to play. It also dries mittens well. It’s not as good for getting to the finger tips of kids’ gloves though. I like that you can cap the unused two if you only have one pair of something to dry. It’s not too loud but I am using in the laundry room, not staying in the same the room.

Assembled correctly per instructions and the motor burnt up on first use. Now past return window. Waste of money It worked good until it stopped working after one winter''s use..

Very week fan, very little heat, very tippsy. A waste of hard earned money. I have a smaller unit at less than half of what this cost that has a strong fan air flow more heat, very sturdy base.

A great heater! Easy to use and very light weight! I love it. It's going to be great on a chilly morning! We used our heater alot especially on the patio, it helps to relax and have coffee without freezing. My furbabies loves it. A great way to knock the morning chilly air.

This is a decent heater but it definitely won't work for what I intended it for, which was to help heat my garage for winter projects. It might work better for maybe a small 10x10 room or something. It feels incredibly cheap and it wobbles really bad. The triangle thing is also really weird and doesn't attach properly due to cheap materials.I'm going to save you the hassle on this one, find a better product.

We have a large, outdoor covered porch that we enjoy using year-round. Some nights can get quite cold as we get later into fall. This heater has made sitting on the porch very comfortable still and we don't have to wear multiple layers to feel warm.

Broke after first use! Horrible product! I had to unplug unit to get it to shut off, can’t even change temp or turn it off anymore. It’s stuck at one setting regardless what the display says

This nifty little patio heater sure puts out the heat and with the included remote control will be super easy to use. Coming well packaged there was no damage to the unit, but the picture with it on IS ONLY for testing and demonstration purposes until my buddy comes with a ladder to help me install in the overhead. Looking forward to an early winter morning coffee overlooking the sun hitting a fresh dusting of snow in the forest.
