Description of 15.6" Notebook ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506HE-HN012 1920x1080, Intel Core i5 11400H 2.7 GHz, RAM 8 GB, SSD 512 GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, no OS, 90NR0704-M02050, dark gray
- Cost, aesthetics, gaming performance, and a straightforward, certified procedure for removing the rear cover to extend DDR and SSD (simply loosen the bolts; a YouTube video is available for reference).
- Quite noisy when playing video games (considering the speakers' relative weakness and the presence of DTS; you should use headphones:)). Installing the ssd v18.0.4202246_irst_vmd_20h1 driver before installing the OS is necessary when purchasing a laptop without a system (choice in the comments). The laptop not starting the first time after sleep or shutdown is the issue, however it is fixable. It can be fixed by adding the Intel VGA driver manually using the Graphic_ROG_Intel_B_V30.020220.9805_24161 file, which can be found in the MyASUS application. The warranty period starts to run down some time after the date of production (I have 2022-12, so I assume 12 weeks have passed) regardless of whether the laptop was sold, so on the ASUS website I have a 10-month warranty period. It appears that ASUS sets a hard deadline for the sale of goods for the seller. I hope I won't need to speak with anyone; if anything, I'll visit Amazon immediately. You could probably list the keyboard as a drawback. Long and a little sloppy keystroke. No criticism intended, but in contrast to the previous one! A functional Macbook and an ASUS N46VZ laptop both have "indistinct" keyboards.
- 1. More than 80 frames per second (FPS) when playing on ultra. If you compare it to a DELL laptop, which I previously owned and which ran on an Intel i5 processor and an Intel iris XE graphics card (like so), then you will find that this laptop is more productive (DELL 5390 like). The screen is much more luminous than on the DELL. In addition, the price of a DELL computer has increased to between 75,000 and 77,000 dollars, and I cannot recall whether or not they offer discounts. It seems to be owing to the fact that the RAM is 16 gigabytes rather than 8 gigabytes, as well as a discrete video card that is twice as powerful as IRIS xe. 2. The case is strong (regarding its other side, in terms of its deficiencies). 3. Klava is superior to the Dell Business Line up to 80,000 and a handful of Lenovo TP computers even higher than 100,000.
- 1. The fact that it is so heavy was not to my liking. The weight difference between this and my previous 2022 Lenovo G580 is probably negligible. DELL was easier to use and considerably lighter, but the idea behind it was that it was a working business laptop, which means that everything is small and tiny and nobody in WOT is on it. 2. Design. Although not fantastic, the argument is sound. Right now, individuals who have DELL will try to cheer me up by telling me that there is one major drawback: if it is unsuccessful to open the laptop, then there is a case element that "PULLS UP," and then, with each opening and closing, it clings to the second portion of the case (display). This is a problem since it makes it difficult to use the laptop. I was quite aback by how fragile it was, yet clearly there was a flaw present there. 3. There are some lights on the screen. The situation is much more favorable (more favorable) here than it was in DELL. There, the uneven backlight on a dark background gets into such distortions due to the fragility (low stiffness) of the construction. This occurs even from the tiniest bending of the display after opening it. 4. The implementation of the backlight for the keyboard. Here, it was only necessary to bind the brightness adjustment of the on backlight and alter the primary colors (without shades), and no one would even climb into their utility and adjust the color for themselves in order to get rid of this light music and simply red by default. In other words, all that was required was to bind the brightness adjustment of the on backlight. 5. The most significant disadvantage is when the vacuum cleaner is set to the "TURBO" setting. In the year 2022, World of Tanks functioned just like this on my brand-new Lenovo G580. Because of the noise, it seems as though we are about to take off, so there is no need to use the vacuum cleaner any more. It is nerve-racking to consider how frequently it will need to be cleaned in order to avoid trolls in half a year's time. Guys, it's really loud here. You make an effort to avoid using the turbo mode, but I'm not sure how much of an impact this has on performance. 6. The touchpad could be manufactured with no more than two additional ons. Within DELL, it is undeniably superior. 7. The font used on the keyboard is gypsy; while it is readable, it is not the best that could be done with it. LEDs that are white in color are located next to the display. I want to cover over the black with paint, so distract. "Gypsy". 9. Despite this, there would be no organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and pricing, but. Gentlemen, they will not sell it to us for this amount of money.
- Cost effective at $88k without operating system. effective cooling; thick copper tubes are visible from bottom; despite its apparent diminutive size (at first I measured just 13 inches), this is an optical illusion caused by the thin frames. Without any additional tweaking or overclocking, a video card designed for cryptocurrency mining can generate 35 hashes per second at room temperature (about 74–75 degrees Fahrenheit). Very low noise, low power consumption (95 watts). Simply put, it's been reliable for me and mining operations generally. True, the 3060 laptop only has 6G of memory compared to 12G in the desktop
- Wi-fi was not determined after installing the official Windows build from Microsoft's website, so I used a flash drive to install the necessary drivers for the laptop's network card; this allowed me to play media files downloaded from the Asus website under the laptop's model name, but it didn't fix the problem with the wifi.
- Fantastic laptop, especially for $65,000. Excellent screen size, 16 GB (expandable; second free slot), RX 3050, and two M2 slots. Attractive design; I had anticipated it being thicker. extremely good customizable keyboard backlight)
- Since all gaming laptops heat up, you can't really call it a negative. There are laptops with worse, more expensive, and hotter features.
- Very productive, DDR4 3200 MHz, CPU 16 threads, and a good Samsung SSD. Well built, not heavy, and a good keyboard. Modern model, USB 3.2, and WiFi6 connectivity. IPS display. 144 Hz refresh rate. - A high-quality sound system that is integral to a laptop There is space available for both memory and disk in the available slot (ssd m2) - RTX 3050 Thermal Design Power of 75 Watts (or thereabouts, i. E. not cut down) - Newer technologies, such as DLSS, which significantly increase the number of frames per second. For instance, the frame rate of RDR2 is significantly higher than that of the 1660 ti.
- - Mediocre cooling (but this is easily solved) - Screen quality is average, but considering this is a low-cost gaming option, this is a very standard solution (also not a special minus, I will explain why in the comment) RTX 3050 does not include a monitor/HDMI mux switch in its hardware (however, there is a solution too) - The video adapter only has 4 gigabytes of memory (although it is gddr6), but it is very debatable how significant of a disadvantage this is. In general, they are sufficient for 1080p, and even if there is not enough, the performance drop will not be significant. - Price: I'm not sure which model of TUF Gaming A15 I have, but both the outside and the internal components are identical in both appearance and functionality. Because I used a coupon that gave me a significant discount when I made my purchase, this turned out to be an excellent choice for me. For eighty thousand, of course, it's a little pricey; you can add a little and buy a model that's more interesting; I think it's worth looking (if there are still such prices) for sixty-two thousand to seventy thousand, taking into account all of the discounts that are available during the month of December.
- + Power, design, and customizable lighting. + 144Hz refresh rate. + At the time of purchase, it was the most minimally priced option for games (I don't consider 3050 and below). + FPS in games is acceptable, and I would say that it is minimally comfortable for full HD. + 144Hz refresh rate. Witcher 60–70 on ultra. + The processor is a beast. + A second M.2 slot that enables the installation of an additional solid-state drive without voiding the warranty.
- - TGP: 90 watts, plus or minus 5. Its performance is not at its peak for the 3060, and even more so, it cannot be compared to that of a full-fledged desktop 3060. This card does not perform at its maximum level, and similarly, its performance does not reach its peak for the 3060. -A mechanism for cooling. The percentage remains at 95 degrees, and the card is getting closer to 80 degrees. -Inadequate proprietary utilities. Even if the "Don't Show Notifications" box is ticked, the Armory Crate will continue to display messages regarding your GPU consumption. ates are consistent, yet this flaw is still present in the system. -When you run the application, the system will automatically select the video card that you wish to use, however it does not always make the right choice. Despite the fact that the settings were accurate, there were a few games that would not budge from their determined attempt to launch from the built-in. When I tried to watch a movie that I had downloaded in ultra-high definition (UHD) that was 100 gigabytes in size, the player said it did not have enough RAM to do so. As a consequence of this, it was discovered that the laptop was attempting to metabolize it with a built-in, and following the obligatory indication of the discrete, everything functioned appropriately. - KEYBOARD! Throughout the period of two months of use, the shift and wasd keys were wiped. In addition to that, the shift's black paint is peeling off in parts. Now including a button with a clear aperture. - The illumination of the screen is uneven; there is light visible in the corners despite the background being dark. To be fair, I should mention that I examined a Lenovo Legion 15 from the year 3070 and found that the lights are identical to those on yours. Color spectrum, ranging from 45.00% to NTSC. SRGB% - 62.5% Adobe% - 47.34% Adequate for games, and for the price, it's normal, however this matrix is by no means the greatest one currently available on the market. Even with my matebook d15, the picture appears to be of higher quality.
- An excellent value for the money. Until the 24th of February
