Big. Bulky. Slow response time.

Hard to hold. Really big. Retraction time is too, too slow — almost had a really bad pet to pet encounter. Received a flashlight that was faulty. Had to return the item..

Leash is great be careful with the flashlight.

The leash works great and easy to use. The flashlight did not work it just heated the batteries, took it apart and one of the connection points was broken. Keeping the leash because its exactly what I was looking for.

This has been a really great retractable leash

This has been a really great retractable leash. We walk our dog several times a day and it's been nothing but a great, high quality product. I really liked the attachable doggie bag holder, too---it's GREAT for picking up after the dog on walks. The bags that come with the bag holder initially are pretty low quality but that's easily fixed by getting some new bags from your local walmart or pet store. I don't foresee this leash breaking any time soon, but I would definitely purchase another in…

Retractable dog leash.

Very happy with this leash. It's sturdy and quite long. My Shitzu loves the freedom on her walk. The grip is great in my hand. And once I got used to the lock it's very easy to use. Highly recommend!

Stopped working after two weeks

Great concept, lacks in execution. We’ve owned this leash for under a month and the button is already dysfunctional. At first it was a great leash and the button was responsive, but after about two weeks we need to hit it 3-5 times before it catches. Flashlight works great. Note: batteries not included

Do not buy for my opinion

This leash snapped after 2 weeks. I have a 40lbs dog, and it said the leash was good for up to 70lbs. I was able to return and get my money back.
