Offbrand Ram on my review.

WARNING! This ram made my pc act up, its my first time building a pc and I originally had 4 sticks for 32 gbs of ram slotted in please be aware these are offbrand ram sticks i thought i could cheap out on ram so thats what i did… I had the pc all put together and installed a couple of drivers like normal when i went into bios again to enable the xmp to get the memory running at the speed i payed for, the whole thing crashed my display stopped working right on reset. I was stuck on this for days

Pros
  • ‎DDR4 SDRAM
Cons
  • May be prone to compatibility issues with other hardware components

Runs great, found XMP profile instantly

I have read a lot of negative reviews on this memory and would tell those users they need to adjust their settings. I have used this Warhawk PC3600 memory on 4 system builds, and my own computer and have had nothing but excellent results. I currently run a Ryzen 7 5800X, Radeon 6750XT card, MSi X570 board and all running PCIe 4.0. Memory runs cool, no issues at all. Gaming - it keeps up great, no lag at all. So if you have had issues I suggest you update BIOS, run your setup and set for the XMP

Pros
  • Enabled XMP and let it go, running stable at advertised speeds of 4000mhz, zero issues.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to similar products on the market

Great budget RAM even with RGB tax (update 10/9)

Product was cheap and easy to enable XMP to run at advertised speed. Works well with MSI Mystic lighting as well which is a great plus. Overall look is kinda meh, but the price for the memory size, speed and rgb, this was a great buy.Update 10/9: So lately the lights have been flickering which is a little disappointing. I'm just now worried about anything else about them that might be going out early. May ask for some type of exchange or return once I run memtest.

Pros
  • Computers & Accessories
Cons
  • May not be compatible with all cases

It's like having South Beach in your Desktop!`

What can I say. as memory, it works well. It's also priced very well. But as a fun addition, the style and RGB lighting capabilities really make this memory an enjoyable experience (as much as is possible with a RAM purchase!). These babies have such a cool art deco style to them coupled with a fluidly changing RGB glow that is so mesmerizing, I'm hesitant to put the case cover back on and block my full view of the liquid light show. They remind me of a 1950's style jukebox, or the marquee of a

Pros
  • ‎5.25 x 1.53 x 0.28 inches
Cons
  • May not be compatible with all cooling systems

They perform as intended

The only issue I have found with this memory is its lack of a solid white coloring. As for the performance and RGB color schemes it is great. I was going for an all white build, but they seem to have a pinkish hue to them in that aspect. Otherwise you wont beat the price for these modules. Very please and may order another set just to have the extra on hand before they blow up like G.Skill did. I only gave it a 4 star because of the pink hue on the white color scheme.

Pros
  • It is used for gaming, But does not run at the speed advertised.
Cons
  • May not be necessary for users who don't require high performance

If you're into tuning RAM to get the most out of Ryzen, just skip over this kit. There is basically no information out there about what die type this kit uses. Doesn't matter if you go to the OLOY site or what. Thaiphoon also doesn't give enough information on this kit (for those who may seek to invalidate my claims). Not to mention that this kit had issues out of the box for me. Non-stop BSODs with UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP error. I already replaced one set, and just don't feel like going…

Pros
  • The OLOy brand is known for quality and reliability, providing a long-term investment for your gaming PC
Cons
  • May not offer significant benefits for everyday tasks

XMP is good, but RGB is no good.

On the ASUS TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS board, this ram operates correctly with XMP 2.0. The QVL list doesn't have the number of this ram. On the other hand, Aura Sync is not working properly. As shown in the attached picture, the LED comes on but ASUS's Aumoury Crate does not recognize this RAM, so RGB color cannot be changed or turned off. The RGB of the previous team group RAM worked very well. I've asked the technical support part, but I guess the problem is that there is no OLOY RAM in the HAL…

Pros
  • 3200MHz clock speed ensures fast data transfer and gaming experience
Cons
  • May not be worth the investment compared to other RAM options

great memory.: my feedback

really made my pc look great with the RGB, no issues. i pair them up with a ryzen 3600 and gtx 1080. build it before C19 went down, and i don't plan to upgrade until new part prices drops, and i will most likely still keep the memory. 5 STARS!

Pros
  • ‎1.35 Volts
Cons
  • May require additional fan or cooling solutions for optimal performance

Good looking and bright.

Fits very snug. Put tape on your fingers while installing, the wings are sharp. Haven't ran speed tests yet, will update.

Pros
  • Nice addition for Aura build :)
Cons
  • May not offer significant benefits over lower frequency RAM options

Quality for the price

Use a Z590 board and works great so far. I honestly thought it would be ugly but when installed looks great especially with the colors and how bright it is. Always have to change the speed in bios but some of the cheaper cost RAM especially for RGB and the colors on it

Pros
  • Computer Components
Cons
  • May require additional troubleshooting compared to other RAM options

Good ram at the price I bought

The ram had no issues when paired with a different brand. But price went up after I bought it. I think this brand will have more appeal if the pricing is lower than other major brands ($120.00 to $130.00)In the attached picture, you can see the bright RGB for Oloy.

Pros
  • WORKS GREAT LOOKS EVEN BETTER THE COOLEST CARD IN THE MARKET
Cons
  • May not offer significant performance gains over older DDR3 RAM options

Good price to performance

Budget friendly 3600 speed ddr4 with rgb. They are super bright but a little buggy with the asrock software, probably just the software to be honest. Loose timings but run at XMP on Intel and and systems.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • May cause booting or wait time delays

So far so good - my new review

RAM looks fantastic. Booted up no problem. Ran memcheck no errors.Rebooted went into BIOS and set DOCP and rebooted. Came up no problem at 3600 MHz.I’m running ryzen 5600x with an asus rog strix b550-a board.

Pros
  • Compatible with Intel and AMD
Cons
  • May have limited available customer support options

Good performance per dollar

This brand is a good bang for the buck. I was able to overclock them slightly and system seems stable. They look great and perform the same. I would definitely recommend especially if you are running them at stock clocks.

Pros
  • ‎Owl-Black
Cons
  • May have higher failure rates compared to other RAM options

Great Value for the Ram Small Issue of mismatch color

UPDATED. XMP worked perfect out of the Box. Appearance is good with solid build quality. I bought 2 kits of this for 32 gigs total. My biggest issue is that when running certain colors the Ram has mismatched colors from the other kit.Months Later update, I am still using these but will be replacing them shortly I will never recommend this company again as they have extremely poor customer service. I am likely only responding to someone in china as the responce times come very late at night…

Pros
  • The 1.35V power consumption ensures energy-efficient operation, reducing power bills and environmental impact
Cons
  • May become obsolete quickly as technology advances

Make sure it will fit in your build!

I returned this memory so I can't speak to it's quality or speed. But be aware that the wings on these are tall. If you are building a computer it might interfere with other components. These were tall enough that my all in one cooler wouldn't fit above them. Just ended up with some "normal" sized memory.

Pros
  • These are amazing, great value and they work as they are supposed to.
Cons
  • May require specialized software to control RGB lighting

works like a champ - my new review

i built my first PC and chose to go with this ram. it works like a champ and I highly recommend. only thing is you have to go into your bios to make sure it’s running at it’s will capability.

Pros
  • Great price and great product. Looks great in an rgb build
Cons
  • May not offer significant performance gains over smaller RAM options

Ehh, too much effort

Really cool looking RGB RAM but too difficult to try to get to advertised speeds. XMP never worked, but I was slowly making progress, had it at 3400mhz on something similar to the XMP profile. But I paid for 3600mhz and that's what I wanted. Ended up getting some Trident Neo on Newegg for a good price with one of their discounts. Gotta say those Samsung chips are a wonder compared to these Micron/Hynix ones. Not knocking them, they work fine, but it's nice to not struggle with OC'ing.

Pros
  • The 288-pin arrangement ensures easy installation into compatible motherboards
Cons
  • May not have adequate security features
