Better than I thought

The handle has a nice grip, and I like the magnet, but the gripper itself is too narrow to be useful for picking up certain things. A 20oz plastic bottle gets stuck, for example, so you have to remove it with your hand rather than just releasing the trigger. So, if you're wanting to pick up something like a shoe or certain types of laundry, you may be out of luck. My old one (of a different brand) had about an extra inch of gripper width, so this one is taking some getting used to.*UPDATE: It…

Does what it's supposed to

I always see the older folks in my neighborhood using these to pick up yard debris, and I thought it looked like it would really come in handy. We always have a ton of pinecones that fall on our lawn and all the crouching gets old. Plus pinecones are sharp. This is pretty straightforward to use, it's super functional and I can see why these things are popular. I like it!

Very flimsy in my review

Picked up a small bag of salad and it snapped in half, don't buy this it's a flimsy piece of plastic that'll break really easy not worth anything

I actually purchased another one. One for in my walker, the other by my chair. I actually picked up a pill with ease just the other day.

Fits in my drawer good for me

I really love this grabber! I can never reach the higher shelves in the cabinets so I needed a grabber to pull down things that my husband sticks in the top shelf. This grabber came with a black storage bag. It folds away in half for storage in my drawer. I love that this can be adjusted to different angles, and the mouth opens wide for most food boxes. It is a must have in every kitchen!

Useful for light weight items only. Inside of tongs stick to things.

I have cruelly short arms for my height and have a lot of trouble reaching high things on shelves. This is a grabber tool that can bend and lock at 180 degrees, 45 degrees or 90 degrees. The tong end can also be rotated. Those options are a lot less useful to me.I really just need to be able to grip items on high shelves and put things away.When lifting very light items ( papers, etc) this works fine.
