I was looking for especially fancy / luxurious pillow cases. These aren't them. These are okay. They're not terrible. They are fairly cooling, which is nice. I just don't like the way my pillows eventually come out of the case, because I toss and turn. And they don't give me that "amazingly soft" feeling that I was hoping for. Still, I'm not returning them. These are good for a backup set or for my guest room.

If you own a Tempur-pedic pillow, you are well aware of how hot they are. Even the cooling pillow heats up and is hot after a little while. I was super excited to try these after reading the reviews and saying they work even on a hot pillow. The first night I used it I woke up drenched from my hot pillow. These definitely did not help. They are definitely cool to the touch and feel good when your head is on it, but they do not keep off the heat from a very hot pillow. I will be returning them.

If you come to bed, this thing is cool. A nice, comfortable cool. No shock to the nervous system. However, if you move your head, then return shortly to the previous position, the cool is far from noticeable. If the fan is on, the difference is more persistent. I had high hopes for these cases but was disappointed. They feel like flannel and don’t offer the kind of coolness I was hoping for. Also, they make it difficult to return them. You can’t take off the tags (for hygienic reasons) or wash them otherwise they won’t accept the return. You should be washing them (if they’re returned) anyway and need to be prepared in the event people aren’t satisfied with your product. I bought these mainly because I wanted pillow cases that zipped closed. I had no real expectations that the cooling aspect would work, but it does.Very soft on both sides. The cooling side is slick, soft and cool. I'm always on the lookout for a pillow case that COOLs particularly well, and has a smooth feel on the face.This one's "OK". it's definitely SOFT, no doubt; it's got a nice FEEL to it; but it's definitely not a highly rated COOLING pillow quite like it advertises. Smooth and cool. Little tricky getting my pillow into the case, was a bit narrow in the opening. Could just be my pillow which is a specialty pillow.

These pillowcases are comfortable and cooling. Unfortunately, they're not very sturdy, and I already have holes in them after a year of use.

These pillowcases are so soft and so cool to the touch. Plus they have a zipper to keep your pillow inside the pillowcase without slipping out. Definitely will buy again!

They are cool at first but I still end up flipping my pillows to get the cool side of the pillow. That said they are comfortable though.

I have bought so many cooling pillows over the past few years, but they are all so big and uncomfortable. When I saw these pillow cases, I decided to give them a try. I can use my own pillow, they are zippered so won’t come off, and they are so cool to sleep on. I’ve ordered some for my son, and will be ordering more for other family members, and for myself! My pillow is a bit of an odd shape, so I was originally worried if this pillowcase would fit or not. Due to both of them being queen sized, they matched up perfectly. I do wish that more colors were available with different sizes, but the options given are pretty nice.

First use and notice the pillow case was ripped at the seams after I put my pillow in it. I don’t know if it came like that or it ripped while putting the pillow in it. Other than that it seems like a comfortable case.

I am a very hot sleeper. Many hot flashes during the night. These cases are cool to the touch and cool down again quickly. No product is perfect and these aren’t either as they do warm with constant skin contact but overall work better than any cotton cases I have tried. I ditched the cases I usually use and these are new permanent solutions for me.
