Damn, works amazing

The instructions are tricky and it took me a few tries to get it right. But if someone reads them while you're doing it, it would probably be quick.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons

Follow the instructions and be patient

Worked great on my 2009 Toyota Prius. Made several attempts but it works. I was a bit skeptical at first, but follow the instructions and you'll be fine! Good price considering the locksmith wanted over $400!

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • No result

Save money! good for key case

I followed the directions exactly as printed and works great! A ridiculous number of steps and I had to repeat it a few times but damn it worked. The only advice is if he says to do something - like 4 times - make sure you do 4 full cycles and then take the next step at 5. Or open and close the door 6 times, open and close 6 full times. Open the 7th and you will be taken to the next step. I think I did a few things wrong here. But I was offered $275 at the Toyota dealership for a new key fob…

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • There are errors

Very skeptical but it was easy.

Follow the included instructions and everything works great. I had to do the "smart" part twice, which the instructions warned me about. Obviously not all machines require twice but mine did. A 2006 Prius that we bought brand new and wish we had had years ago. I believe it was the 6th key added to the car but the first not from the dealer. Asked how much it cost the day I ordered the Revain key from the dealer as I was doing maintenance there. This time they wanted a whopping $435! Each second…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Great fit for the 2009 Prius!

I was a bit skeptical about the Chicken Dance instructions that came with the key fob, especially since it was only for 2004-2008 models. However, after doing the procedure for both parts (2 separate programming instructions) twice (first time it didn't work for the first part, first time for the second part I messed up the procedure) I successfully programmed the new fob. and everything works! Lock, unlock and red horn/panic button work, as does smart key functionality (lock button on outside…
