Unfortunately, this pump was not able to tell my fuel level at half tank. I uninstalled and reinstalled to make sure the float didn't get caught on anything and that didn't fix the problem.

Arrived on time! There wasn't a ring in the photo, but it was there. Don't expect the pump to last long as it's non-factory, but it's a good price for an emergency repair!

Purchased to replace a fuel pump that has failed on my Nissan Versa. The price was reasonable and the part seemed to fit (replaced by mechanic). Since installing this fuel pump we have received great fuel economy. No problem.

Installed well as a direct replacement for my 2007 Nissan Versa, fuel gauge turned off. Half mark on the fuel gauge does not mean I have more than half a tank. When the fuel gauge is almost empty, it will be more affected by hills and falls at a faster speed. It still gives me enough alerts to find a gas station. I don't normally use it at low levels, but I wanted to see if I was on the go, how it would react and how many alerts I would have.

Supposed to be an OEM replacement but there were 2 differences: 1. The float rod was shaped differently than the original so the pump didn't fit. I had to remove the float from the old pump and put it on a new one.2. A nipple comes out of the body that was twice as long as the original, so the pump didn't fit. I had to shorten it to the original length. After making both modifications, it was finally installed. So far it's going well. The pump still works, but replacing it didn't hurt.
