BEFORE reinstalling the inlet, check the pressure in the system. We had to tighten the screws 4 times before it stopped flowing on a pressure test.

Should have been careful because of the low price. The oil cooler started leaking like a sieve after about 4 months at about 3000 miles. Apparently no guarantee and no returns. DO NOT BUY THIS CHARACTER, it could cost you your engine!

Do Not Buy. The product is in use! After calling Revain and complaining they said the products are being used but checks are being made to make sure they are ok. The employee treated me with understanding and gave me a full refund and even helped me find a replacement.

Has been damaged The actual angle of the product was not correct, resulting in the part not being able to be installed. Due to the plastic air intake, it is impossible to install the overtop without making contact with the oil filter neck. Due to an uneven installation I simply removed the gaskets and fasteners from the kit to restore mine. Would not recommend buying.

Works but the oil tube that goes into the engine is too big so the outside needs to be ground down to increase the diameter decrease to make it fit. After sanding the tube I was able to tap to fully seat the tube. In general, everything works and does not flow. The price is great but you understand that you have to spend some time to make it fit. 2013 JK

As some others have pointed out the coolant line spacing was too tight and I had to fit a band clamp because I could get a factory sensor clamp. Otherwise I've installed so far with no problems and no signs of leaks. When tightening, it is recommended to tighten at the block 1 3 5 4 2 with numbers going clockwise from top left equal to 1 and repeating several times to ensure a secure fit.

This is my third oil cooler that I have ordered as the last two were leaking. This one was like all the others. I note that the seals turned out to be better than the last one I installed. The only issue I had with this product was that the neck on the o-ring oil tube was too thick. It didn't go into the metal tube so I had to sand it well to get it in. It's tight in there, so we'll see how it holds up. I'll be back and give an update when/if it starts leaking.

I am an automotive technician with over 15 years of experience. We had to order one of these for a customer who didn't want to spend dealer prices. I had it overnight. Everything was good except the part that is pressed into the block with the o-ring was too big. I used vernier calipers and measured the standard, this one and this one was 3mm larger. catch-up failed. I had to use a grinder to grind the diameter to get it to fit properly.
