This is such as Chinese junk battery, used it for 3 months and dead totally. It is also never had 5Ah, it may only has 2-3Ah when worked. Then after 3 months, totally dead. My other original 2Ah Black decker battery still works fine after two year.This is such a junk, never buy it, or you waste all your money.

Out of the box I had to use two batteries, one for edging and one for blowing with my 20V B&D kit. No complaints, lasted 5 years or more. Had to charge both over the week to cover my 1/3 acre lawn. This one battery lasts long enough for both. Use one, charge one. My life got simpler. Good upgrade.

Purchased this battery in June 2018. Used it only a few (3-4 times) each season. It was stored and charged properly. Battery charger now indicates battery failure (rapidly flashing charge light). I would not recommend this product.

I've had this battery for a short time and so far it is working well. It fits my B&D tools and charger. It charges quickly and I can get a lot of work out of a single charge. If any problems come up down the road I will update this review.

Now I can use it in my sweeper to finish blowing the driveway and sidewalk without worrying about running out of electricity. Also, the sweeper is more powerful with this battery.

This made my Black and Decker pole saw work like never before. I used my pole saw all afternoon and still had power left at the end of the day>

Updated review: I thought these were very good batteries, until yesterday, after I discharged the battery in our B&D 20V Max Weed Whacker, plugged it into the "fast charger;" several hours later I was getting fast orange blinking light . meaning . it didn't charge. Only about the third or fourth time I've used this battery. Second update: I went ahead and stuck the battery into the charger again, several days later, it started charging and completed its charge. I moved into a bigger house with a larger yard. This large capacity battery is plenty to do the whole yard. That's my feedback.

I’m SO, SO glad I decided to go with these instead of the name brand (Black + Decker) for my electric tools. I have an electric Black + Decker chainsaw, tiller, and weed eater, and I’ve only had it run out of battery once on the weed eater after over an hour of use. With the chainsaw, it’s lasted several hours for me before. It’s WELL worth the money!
