Excellent value for money hoses, lines and fittings

I used this kit to convert a car. The only negative was that the extra brake fittings weren't long enough to fit in my calipers. But the brake line is pretty strong. It bends quite easily but remains rigid.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • Some difficulties

All shiny and new: brake lines

Great package. My Dodge 84's brake line snapped during a scheduled drum brake repair. But this kit made it look like a minor throwback. So now I have an old dirty solid axle and a shiny new brake line.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Exactly what I needed.

This was bought for a car project that is slowly being built. The tubes and fittings look good and fit great (this is my first attempt at building a frame). I'll post pics when I'm back at work.

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • Some change

Brake line kit fits the brake system

The kit arrived and did everything I expected. It's always nice to have spares and parts on hand just in case, and the kit comes loaded with connectors with just enough leads and coil caps to fix just about any repair.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not sure

Protect the bell with a thin layer of tape to avoid damaging it

It took some time to straighten the pipe. I like straight runs - sandwiched between two 2x2s and some clamps helped. The outer case is easily scratched without protecting it from the Flare tool handles.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Minor issues

Worked really well on my old Dodge.

Replaced rusty tail lines on the 84 D100. There were many lines and the right fittings. Tip: Don't wait until you've created the entire curved line to install the stone chip protection coil. Tip 2: Don't forget to tighten your hardware before doing double flares. inevitably I forget at least once.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
