Great, simple airbag controller

This airbag controller is easy to install and use. I use this with Airlift 5000 bags. I ended up hooking up the compressor directly to the switch on my 2006 Ford F-350 Superduty so I just used the gauge, compressor and air hose that came with the kit. Newer wireless controllers are available, but if you like simple, reliable controllers with no batteries or electronics, this is the controller for you. The dual gauge allows each airbag to be controlled independently, so the airbags will not…

CONNECTORS NEED UPDATE

Leaky connectors! Uninteresting to fix after initial installation. Another reviewer reported that they replaced the included Parker connectors with SMC branded connectors. Revan sells them. After this was completed, the system stopped leaking, but it wasn't easy to fix. I bought the system primarily for the dual sensors and the ability to control and adjust our camper as needed at any time and in any circumstance to maintain balance. I consider this a security consideration at TC. The cost of…

great idea function need help

This is a good product to add to my air spring airbags, unfortunately I've had a very hard time stopping the pressure ports from leaking. Being an industrial automation engineer and having access to SMC brand connectors, I was able to replace the Parker connectors that came with the kit and yes, no more leaks! Always make sure you use a pneumatic line cutter and make the cut straight across the pipe. If that doesn't work, buy 1/4" SMC fittings and try them out. I didn't have the right fittings…

A bad check valve and a bad Y will render the product useless

The included "check valve" setting will not work. It lets so much air through that it doesn't get into the pockets. The o-ring is too small to seal, there is an internal brass lip causing leakage. At the other end of this cheap setup is a Y-connector that goes into the compressor that is not shut down. If you miraculously find a way to get the Schrader check valve to close, it will drain and next start leaking. All the connectors except this Y are 'T' connectors and work fine, but the one…

Worked great for my car with no leaks

I bought this to use my secondary airbags in my 2008 Scion xB. The combination of both works great. It took quite a while to install because I wanted everything to look as good as possible. I ended up with my seats and some trim to complete the installation. I also made my own gauge capsule because I couldn't find a good place to mount their gauge. I ended up installing the compressor in the trunk area in the plastic that normally holds the socket wrench (almost perfect, just needs to poke a…
