Easily swaps out the powerhead in 3 seconds instead of swapping out the entire attachment and potentially losing or dropping one of them, which has happened on many occasions, but no more. I have given them to my colleagues and they are grateful.

Seems like a good idea and will likely work for certain applications. I bought these so I don't have to change bits every time I attach steel to buildings. The receptacle jams on the screw and, in my opinion, detaches from the magnet shaft too often. However, it is nice to remove the collar and clean the magnet of metal filings. It's still a few hours away from getting back to the drawing board, but it's well on its way to becoming a worthy product.
