I previously wrote a review which turned out to be inaccurate. I thought that part of the delivery was missing and therefore gave a bad review. My apologies and I hope this helps disprove this review. Parts of the delivery were there, but I just didn't look good enough. I was too hasty in my assessment. Everything from the delivery to the product itself turned out to be excellent. My apologies to each and everyone that this may have been negatively impacted.

This laminator is one of the best investments I have made in its class. Due to housekeeping costs, our school removed our laminator. As any teacher will tell you, we laminate the materials like hell so we can use them again and again. This little car is damn cool. I am SO disappointed in this laminator. The heating element died about a year after purchase. I called the company and in fact they offer a 12 month warranty and my warranty expired two weeks before the heater element died. They do not offer service or parts for this item so I am stuck with a useless laminator that is only a year old.
