🚤 3M Marine Finesse-it II Glaze (35928) – Premium Quart Size Solution for Boat & RV Polishing Review

Finesse-it II is the second stage of a two component system that I use to polish the gelcoat hulls of my catamarans. It has a very soft abrasive that gives a shine to the surface smoothed with 3M polish. It's not very thick so it spills out pretty quickly, so if you're going to be busy you might want to buy a quart size. Overall, this is a great last step before waxing.

I use this before applying the wax/sealant to remove any swirl marks that may be present. If you have a new boat, this is probably all you need to keep your gelcoat shiny (assuming you keep it waxed). I apply a few small drops and then spread them over the area I am buffing. Excellent product. Took an oxidized, dull boat that had sat for years without much maintenance and completely rejuvenated it! (also used 3M Rub Paste and 3M Ultra Performance Paste Wax to get results). The boat was dull, with scratched and faded gelcoat. The wiper was a great start, but Finesse-it II removed any swirl marks left by the wiper and really brought the beautiful finish back to life.
