No "clear " lens as stated in the description.

'Clear' protective lens is not transparent as shown/described in text. Of course, every lens has a slight "tint". The lens looks like you are looking through #1 or #2 on the tint scale. For example, when used as a shield/cover plate over a #10 weld nugget, the actual view is as if you were looking through #11 or #12 at the welding arc. On that note, I can only wonder why none of the customer reviews mention this fact at all. For example, I wasn't happy that customer reviews didn't mention this…

I'm glad I found this

. Matches my Revain helmet with the Terminator robot on it. (Couldn't find a replacement for the model as the manufacturer or model is really not clear)

Opaque Lens

If you want to make it difficult to see the weld then these lenses are for you. At first I thought my glasses would fog up, but then I realized that looking through these lenses is like looking through bubble wrap. garbage

"Clear" protective screen is not transparent as shown/described in the text. Of course, every lens has a slight "tint". when viewed through #1 or #2 on the color scale. For example, when used as a protector/pad on a #10 weld nugget, the actual appearance is as if you were looking at the welding arc through a #11 or #12.
