Lots of USEFUL features. I live in Florida's "hurricane center" and we are constantly on the lookout for tropical storms and of course power outages throughout the year. Once charged it gave me a reliable light and the radio worked well. I wonder why it still has a boot mode? Who will survive all this shenanigans? Can charge my phone from its source. Grip broke off when reloading overzealously. I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with Radioddity who makes radios. Vevina contacted me immediately and I asked if I could get a replacement pen. She said no but sent me a brand new unit. Bought this great little multi-purpose unit to take the tent on a camping trip. Although we did not test it there (too cold), it has been used in our apartment and we are very satisfied. The NOAA weather band and AM/FM are crystal clear; handle boot is smooth; Flashlights are very bright; Solar charging on the windowsill was faster than we expected; USB charging works well; and on the whole it seems to be exactly what we were looking for.
