I purchased this to replace a stainless shower hose at my parents house- the original hose that came with the shower it was damaged over time. One of my father's complaints about the original was that it was too long for him and the hose kept hitting his knee. This fits perfectly (or should it say purrfectly) with our Brondel CleanSPA (CSL-40) bidet. Good value and appears to be of good quality and a lower price than the OEM (Brondel).They also provide teflon tape and some extra washers. We bought 3 of them and all worked without any leaks.

I ususally wouldn't write a review for a product as simple as this. I'm writing this review because the product goes beyond what you might expect. First, there were little plastic thing in each end to make certain the washers don't fall out. Then there was a roll of teflon thread wrap tape included to wrap the threads before threading on the nuts. Finally, there were extra washers. I had replaced my shower faucet in my RV and also decided to replace the shower wand hose at the same time. After I hooked up the new hose to the handheld shower head I noticed that the connector fitting was a bit smaller than my last hose which made it loose in the standard shower head holder but, it stays in place. Our original Shower Wand Hose failed. I'd purchased a different brand to replace it some time ago, only for that to shear off like the original. This one is likely to perform better due to the woven reinforcement wrapping the poly hose within the flexible metal sleeving. Most Hoses I've looked at do not have this reinforcement, hence fatigue failure of those hoses. This one will likely perform better. It is well-made and comes packaged with washers and Teflon tape and is simple to install.

I had water damage because I installed a cheap hose. This one is way better quality, and I'm less anxious of future leaks.

I like the shower hose/head. I would have given it 5 stars but for two things.A little rubber washer came lose from where the hose inters the wand. There isn't any leaks, yet so I'm leaving well enough alone. Plus, it would be nice if the hose would swivel with the movement of the wand. One constantly needs to keep all aligned or else hose ties it self into a knot.

I really like the sturdiness of this product. Even though I just received it I rated the durability with 5 stars since I cannot believe a product made so well would ever fail. All the connections were made easily with absolutely no leaks. Also the length is perfect. I do not like the longer hoses, they never hang right and always seem to get twisted. Very satisfied and shipping was lightning fast!

I specifically searched for Brushed Nickel. The product description says this is Brushed Nickle. The Revain page shows that I ordered and paid extra for Brushed Nickel instead of Chrome. The actual color is plain stainless steel, like a Yeti cup. It lacks that yellowish undertone of brushed nickel. After 2 years, it finally broke and flooded the bathroom. I used it for handheld sprayer/bidet. It seems that the hose metal sleeves is just too heavy and broke off the hose right on the T connector end. I am switching to rubber hose for my handheld bidet for the light weight.
