Having bought and tried several different circlip pliers I can say this is the best I have ever used. I have used them to remove and install 32 80mm snap rings, they worked perfectly and still look new.

it's the best there is. I've used replaceable parts in the past and the locking ring kept bouncing. I couldn't set it properly. But these Knipex work so well that the job was done in seconds. I almost wondered why they cost so much but they are worth it.

Did what they were supposed to do. I tried removing the clip with cheaper ones and it hurt. When I went to reinstall it I couldn't get it tight enough. Received it and returned the ring a few seconds later. Ideal for large clamps such as wheel bearings.

Tough, just right for removing stubborn large circlips. I had one on the back of a 2009 Mercedes wheel bearing that rusted in place. Liquid wrench, a few hits with a hammer and chisel, then used locking ring pliers and it worked.

I bought these documents after breaking not one not that but three charge pliers on the turbo stop ring. I used this for a total of 30 seconds. That alone was worth it. I've spent hours with cargo ports and have walked into this store 3 times to no avail. It worked great

I had a 3" wheel bearing retaining clip (about 1.5-2" spacing) that I couldn't get out with a screwdriver or needle nose pliers. It took a lot of effort, but these pliers did the job. It took 10 seconds and nothing (tools, parts or me) broke. I couldn't find anything like these pliers at any auto or tool stores around town.

It took me an hour to pry, force and pry the circlip out of the hub so I could pull the bearing out. Then another hour to reset after the bearing is pressed into the hub.
