I'm not sure I would call it "hard ". A lot of .

Not sure if I can call it "heavy duty". Much "thinner" than the standard panniers I bought years ago. Check this verification again if it fails.

Sufficient, gets the job done. As for "Heavy Duty ", I'm not sure. good length

This looks like the same diameter as the standard cable. Also, the manufacturer's packaging makes no mention of heavy-duty mode. However, this is a throttle cable and it fits my VW. It is very long so you don't have to worry about the cable being too short.

Great cable on cables

Got this for my Baja bug. After modifying the rear of the car I couldn't find any standard cables that would do. 15 feet was too long but could be cut with wire cutters. The cable also seemed to be of better quality than the regular one. On top of that it was cheaper too! I will order more parts.

Breakdown less than 4 miles drive through the neighborhood!

Cannot give less than one star! I recently purchased an EMPI 4863-0 VW BUG BUGGY SAND RAIL UNIVERSAL HD THROTTLE CABLE KIT 15 FTI, just installed it and drove around my area less than four miles. The cable broke right at the z-bend of the gas pedal! I am VERY dissatisfied with your product!
