The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.

The main and probably the main complaint about this TV is the image as I wrote above, I set up the image for dark movie scenes almost to perfection, no milk, everything is clear, but I still don’t understand how to balance the settings with bright and juicy scenes, please tell me maybe someone knows how to properly adjust the image of this TV so that the dark scenes are without milk and the bright ones are juicy, thanks for your attention!

  • inconvenient interface, in my opinion slow, samrt functions work slowly, objectively, the average launch of applications is 15 seconds each and this is in the 21st century. probably put inside a slow flash-memory. from the applications that I installed - YouTube and gismeteo, so while gismeteo starts it's easier to get to the computer and see the weather on the computer. in general, the speed of the interface and its convenience is the main disadvantage of the TV.

Returns and "customer care" service, as they call themselves, is simply HORRIBLE! The photo and the application for return were accepted on the 10th day out of 10 allotted. I chose the TV on the site. It just so happened that it was necessary to replace the previously purchased TV of another brand. The new TV is completely satisfied. I am one hundred percent satisfied with the purchase, I recommend this product to everyone.

We used the 43UK6450 model for a couple of years, until the children broke the screen (who doesn’t happen to). When choosing, we decided to take a larger diagonal (we looked at Samsung, LG) and settled on this one (on Black Friday). The picture may not be the best, but in my non-professional opinion it is very worthy. Sound too. We have a subscription to IVI - the quick entry button to the service pleases (sorry, you can’t program other services)

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

Yes, a little expensive, but for this money you get the absence of problems during operation. The sound is chic, there are no problems in the smart menu either (I use a local cable).
