Description of πŸ”₯ Premium 1/4inch Copper Foil - 1.5 Mil: Enhanced Conductivity & Durability

Flexible copper foil created for the stained glass artisan. High tack and heat resistant adhesive back securely holds foil in place. Use when working with opalescent glass, and transparent glass when you will be using copper patina. Use wider 1/4" size when foiling thicker and textured glass

Excellent Foil for Stained Glass Making

I recently tried out a new copper foil for my stained glass projects and I am impressed with the results. As a result of my tests, I determined that this foil is the perfect thickness at 1.5 mil and the 4-inch width made it easy to work with. The adhesive also worked well, ensuring a strong bond to the glass. The copper color also added a nice touch to my Arts and Crafts project. The only downside is that it can be a little pricey compared to other options on the market. Overall, I would highly

Pros
  • Durable and strong due to its copper material
Cons
  • Less flexible than some other materials, making it harder to mold or shape

Tape for coating the bottom of a model sailboat

I used this product to copperplate a model ship like they did when there were four masted sailboats. I cut the strip into 3/4 inch lengths and fold the edges in an overlap like sailing ships. I found that the glue didn't stick to the lapping part very well.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Some mistakes
