Good quality, no documentation

Good quality, from China Fitted and working in an old Ford truck Documentation would be good. I had to google the dates to set it up.

No parts instructions

In plug and play times this should be easy. There are no instructions telling you how to connect the power supply. I'm not an electrical engineer but I figured I could understand simple energy and mass. Guess what?

Couldn't get it to work, no instructions

I know my way around 12v systems. This device does not come with instructions and the information I found was not very helpful. Anyway, after several hours of posting and searching for documents, I gave up.

Wexco Customer Service SUCKS

The product itself is fine. The driveshaft is 1/2". Good luck finding the right wiper arm, most are 5/8". I called the manufacturer for help and they were rude and totally unhelpful and said I had to go with them Speaking Revane like they know it?!?.For the customer service alone I will never buy wexco again.

Clear 12V to open the terminal. Ground the triangular bracket.

Really strong and thick. Pre-wiring is the way to go. 2 days troubleshooting. The exposed terminal should have a clean 12V without further modifications. I ran straight from the ignition with no fuse. The triangular mounting bracket must be grounded.

Problems with wiper support

The motor itself is solid. It was sent without instructions or drawings. I used it in marine engineering and the engine was connected to the car. It took me some time to figure out that I would have to run my own ground wire as the motor was grounded when bolted to the car. Contacted Wexco who didn't send me anything and told me to contact the seller. The seller was very quick to respond to my calls and emails but had no idea what my question was. I had to talk to a voltmeter and figure it out…
