Intuitive program with many features

The dashboard has an intuitive design layout that allows me or my team members quickly access everything we need for our projects at any given time during day/evening shift hours without having to search through several files manually!The ability to upload documents from anywhere makes it easy to send them back & forth between office locations as needed (no more needing copies). I like being able to easily share information across multiple individuals involved in the project; also helps keep…

Great program, best of breed solution available

The user interface is very pleasing and easy to understand. I like that you can go through the process in sections if needed. There are some functions that are missing but this is not really an issue for me as it works well enough for my needs. You should try it out! It's great for any business that uses international clients or people that deal with foreign customers. This software has helped us keep up with client privacy laws and regulations and make sure our customers' personal information

Excellent Customer Service & Reporting

We were able to get our customers through the process quickly without any issues. The platform was easy to use and it was very intuitive for us to navigate and manage customer records. It is very hard to dislike when you are working with such an amazing team! Some of the reports could use some work but I am sure that will improve over time.
