I love that it comes in a 2 pack and has a plain cover. I use mine as journals and it's a pleasure to write in, almost like a published novel, which is nice. The bracket on my first popped out fairly quickly, but so far the bracket is holding up with the second. I get lots of compliments on how cute they are. Nice heavy cream colored paper.

These magazines have met all my expectations. The quality of the paper is excellent, the binding/cover is strong. I look forward to adding my drawings to them! For your information. The paper is more yellow if you are looking for (bright) white paper. This magazine may not be what you want to buy! I'm not picky about the paper in my magazines as long as it suits what I need it for!

To be honest I was hesitant to order anything with kraft paper as I always thought they wouldn't last long but they seem to be very well made. I've written a lot in one of them and the cover hasn't creased or weakened yet. In addition, the paper-coated cover is very easy to paint and decorate as you wish without damaging it. They are very well networked with each other and none of the side groups feels free. Definitely better quality than I expected for the price.

Books look good. The paper itself appears to be of good quality. I like the number of pages in the book. However, to my disappointment, it doesn't do very well with my favorite media. Very liquid ink, such as B. fountain pen ink and other liquid ink, will bleed quite heavily on it. The paper fibers are too long and the ink bleeds with most of my favorite drawing methods. I'm really impressed with these journals. Much more pages than expected, looks like a hardcover novel. The power cover is durable and paintable. The paper inside is thick and absorbent. The pen holds well, erases, doesn't crack or leave streaks. It looks like if I didn't flood the paper with water it would be great for watercolors. I like these. I wish the paper was a little thinner and whiter. It's not really a bug, but it's what I was hoping for and it keeps me from loving it more. It seems to me a little rougher and yellower than I would like. Not normal for drawing paper.
