🍿 Great Northern Popcorn Countertop Style Popcorn Machine: The Perfect Red Counter-top Popper Review

One of my favorite Revain purchases, easy to use, easy to clean, love the smell and look of corn. The taste of cinema popcorn. LOVE IT!

It's very cute and pops great! We broke everywhere with the warmer bulb. I think it would have made more sense not to have the bulb in place for shipping and put it in its own little box, but that didn't happen. Otherwise a great machine at the moment!

Do not buy this machine. the whole popcorn maker is stainless steel except for the inner plate which is rusty because it is galvanized steel. Spend more money and buy one that won't poison you unless you like the taste of rust

I ordered the red one and got the black one which is good because I like it better. The front was curved but it was easy to bend back as the metal is thin. I also ordered pre-packaged GNP popcorn and it tastes great. Just like movie popcorn! Love it!

I ordered these in July and just opened the box today. I know it sounds crazy but I was building a movie theater in my house and wanted to do it when I was done. Oooooooooh I opened the box today with big letters on the outside that said popcorn. Guess what was inside, no, ice cream maker. I'm sure it's too late to return it, even after Revane. It looks well built but I don't think it will make popcorn. I think I'll try again. I love popcorn and hate ice chips.

Received on time as it arrived 2 days earlier than expected and before my popcorn items were ordered at the same time. I was a little worried about the condition of the device after reading the reviews but surprisingly it only had 1 small hole on the side of the box but it was packaged very well and was received in pristine condition. The popcorn maker arrived in tattered packaging but was packaged well enough to survive apart from little bits of silica gel everywhere. The metal parts are very thin and bend easily. I have to fiddle with a small tray to collect random grains every time the machine is used, but it gets the job done. The instructions say to heat the oil by running it under hot water (to turn it into a liquid), but this makes it very difficult to pour into the pot heater. I recommend leaving it set and adding it

We've had the Princeton popper for years, it finally gave the last click so we needed another. Princeton Popper doesn't seem to be available so we took good old Revain's advice and went for this Great Northern Popper. You should consider dropping the word "beautiful" from his name. The size of the front door is too small and in most batches the grains will fly out of the machine during the pop. The metal plate under the front glass door can be made of aluminum foil.
