Enhanced Engine Power with Great Filtration

This non-CARB compliant intake system provides a noticeable boost in horsepower for my automotive. It is easy to install and the filtration system is top-notch. However, it may not be compliant with certain state regulations. Despite this, I highly recommend it for those looking to upgrade their engine's performance.

Missing parts in filters

Very very disappointed that I had almost everything together and found it was a missing part. Now I'm more likely to run into the auto zone and try to find a suitable rubber spacer for the housing.

Filter is located under the functional hood vent of the 2017 Mustang GT and drains rain

The filter is located directly under the functional hood vent on the Mustang GT 2017. Thus, the rain falls directly on the filter, which is NOT waterproof. Water entering the engine will destroy your engine and will not be covered under warranty. When I explained this to K&N, their response was to buy a $35 filter film that lasted 1 year and was only "waterproof" or to avoid riding in the rain.
