This was my first experience with magnetic polish. As you can see from video the magnetic polishes are super easy to manipulate. The magnets work perfectly with the magnetic polishes in the set. The black polish is two coats. Cured two minutes if not a little longer. All the polish in set is self-leveling. Works as advertised. Don’t know how I lived without it in my Nail Art collection!

But still gorgeous. They are thicckk, and all polishes and their brushes were usable (saw other reviewers that had issues with bent brushes in the bottles) came sealed in plastic so I know it was new. So far I've swatched them and have tried one of them over the black - was definitely pretty but wasn't as vibrant as I expected them to be.

A lot of reviews trashed this product and honestly I was set back a bit. As a beginner tech, I often follow the word of others in product basing. But I felt like most of the products floating around had the same stuff being said and at about an equal ratio. I'm not sure what went wrong for those folks on this product but I found it incredibly easy, BEAUTIFUL and long lasting! Curing properly between layers and coats is key. The box is cute, each polish has its own little "cubby" inside the box which is great because one of the polishes, color 003, didn't have the lid on it so it leaked inside the box. The entire box is wrapped in shrink wrap plastic, so this problem happened at the factory. Thankfully the only color that is messed up is the one that was left open. It is completely empty. I loved the cat eye effect of the gel polish that comes in the box, my only complaint was I did not like the black gel polish that came with it, it crinkled even at the thinnest of applications and didn't adhere very well to the acrylic nail plate, but after I switched it out for my Gelish black shadow gel polish instead and I loved the results afterwards. I will probably try playing around with the black polish that came in the box again at a a later date.

Obsessed with green lately and got this set for that one in particular to accompany a dress (which worked spectacularly). Didnt use a black base, just the straight color- comes out a LOT darker than the advertised picture but it's still super gorgeous regardless. The magnet technique is definitely something that needs practice to perfect, but for a beginner I am still very pleased with the results. Definitely getting more colors!

Overall, the product finishes quite nicely and you can get a good two weeks before chipping as long as you have properly applied it. There are a few things you need to know.1.The product is pretty thick similar to an old nail polish that's been sitting for a while but it goes on nicely. Less is more when you apply so don't be afraid to do a few coats. You will need time to fidget with the magnet and if you put it on too thick, the product will slide from the nail and it can get messy. More…

This is a 5D cat eye gel polish. Not 9D. Recently, I haven't seen any real 9D chameleon cat eye gel polish with this price (either on Revain or Ebay). The polish is thick which is good,but the long magnet is broken easily. The price is ok. It is not the one I'm looking for. 9D effect is making a black hole with multicolor shimmering( after one time application ). You can still turn this 5D to 9D with 2 different colors. However, I keep this, and I will give this 4 stars.

I'm not really sure why there's so many bad reviews. These are beautiful but if you don't know how to properly apply gel polish then yes, you may have a hard time. You only need 1 coat of the black & 1 coat of the cat eye polish & both are easy to work with. Also, you need to play with the magnets & different techniques to get a better idea of how to properly get the desired effect. Took a few tries to get use to, but once I got it down I fell in love! All the colors came out just as expected, bright and beautiful. Got a lot of compliments on my nails, especially in the sunlight. Easy to use, no stickiness after curing. I used a shiny top coat on them and it really made the colors pop. Some of the darker colors are a bit difficult to see at first, but once you get them under some light they look great. 👍🏻 Definitely gonna buy again some time. Perfect for beginners!

MIZHSE CAT EYE IS AWESOME! Easy to use. I applied one coat of the black gel polish and let it cure for 60 seconds then I apply the color of my choice and I played around with the magnets so I got the desired pattern. All the patterns are absolutely gorgeous and fun to play with. OK so I used the black Polish that comes with the 5 colored metallics. The black Polish is junk as far as I'm concerned. It's thin and runny and didn't stick and I cleansed the nail and prepped everything properly. I have been doing nails for 30 plus years. I had 3 nails that I had to redo. I bought this to try and the colors are beautiful. It comes with magnets. The product does not dry though. Tried it with and without a UV light and left it on for hours and still wet.

Everything's good all the colors turn out as is just make sure that you're using a good magnetic to do the cat eye or any design on it but the colors are great and they cure nicely under the light and stay on really well on the nails

Beware when purchasing this set. I bought the set which includes 10 pieces and the colors depicted for this set are no where near those on the site. All the pinks and purples and missing from the set. This is truly unfair and a terrible way to mislead a buyer.

Great colors, easy to use, fun even for beginners. The multi-layer look is mesmerizing! Strong hold as well, I have a demanding job that is hard on nail polish but this withstands it well. I would suggest buying additional magnets for a larger variety of options for patterns to create.
