With all that it's a tight fit, so forget about putting extra clothes in it. This is a great bag for a boxer. I put one pair of gloves, two headgears, a sweatshirt, my 32 oz shaker bottle, my glove deodorizers, and I still have room for other stuff when necessary.

I love this bag. I have worked out all of my life as an athlete, gym rat and martial artist. This bag is awesome. The fact that almost the entire bag is mesh makes it great for airing out your gear. Extra pocket on the inside to hold smaller items like hand wraps. Zippers are sturdy and open and close with ease. Love this bag.

I liked the bag for it's spaciousness (able to fit my gloves, shinguards, shoes, etc) but the strap ended up breaking off after only 2 months. Also the sides started to fray. I would recommend looking at another bag.

I absolutely love this bag for my kickboxing gear! The bag is made of mesh so my gear has the chance to air out a bit before I have the chance to fully let it air dry at home. I belong to a "Rock Steady Boxing" group where all participants have Parkinson's Disease. I purchased this bag mostly because it was light weight and very durable. It's breathable and easy for me to tote to and from the class. Love the bag.

This is a great bag that feels very durable. It'll air out your gear but always clean your gear after usage. Also, for rainy days, to waterproof your gear just use a trash bag inside as a liner and put your gear in the bag. I inserted pictures of what my bag carries.
