Excellent Customer Service - 12 Stars for Crystal

I bought this NVR to replace my current 4ch 1080p NVR which was very unstable after 2 years of good performance. Unfortunately I had to send this box back to Revain because Smonet Technical Support determined it was not compatible with my old Smonet cameras. The instructions were emailed to me and the video showed two different system restore methods. The video inspired ideas, but the process didn't work: the DVR didn't "see" the camera in WiFi mode. The instructions sent via email, although not very clear…

  • High marks for support and durability from testers
