Description of 75" TV Samsung QE75QN900AU 2021 QLED, HDR RU, stainless steel
- Ultra-slim body, frameless screen design, OneConnect external unit, which provides extremely convenient connection of various cable connections, Wi-Fi AX (though I don’t use it).
- Unfortunately, the tendency to ate the product range of their products from leading TV manufacturers leads to the fact that a "raw" untested product is put on sale. For example, there are technical problems with this TV, most likely on a serial scale, which Samsung does not want to admit. The most unpleasant thing is the rattling of the body when playing some video clips, where certain low frequencies are used in the musical voice acting. I thought that the back panel of the case was rattling due to poor assembly, but no - the entire panel enters into resonance, and at a low volume, that is, vibration by hands is felt throughout the case, including the screen anywhere. I tried to adjust the sound with the equalizer available in the sound settings menu - to no avail. In principle, this problem does not bother me much, since it does not appear on most content, and besides, I am going to buy a soundbar, but still it exists. Further, when scanning the channels of a local cable operator, Samsung finds only 95 channels out of 97. Here are two LG CX series operating on the same network, they find all 97 channels, and the top Samsung only 95. At the same time, the desired transponder with the frequency at which missing channels has a high signal level. But Samsung is not interested in dealing with the problem - all technical support answers boil down to transferring problems to third-party equipment suppliers (in my case, a local cable operator). There is also a problem with turning on the TV remotely via the SmartThings app when using a wired connection to the home network (Ethernet). In the off state, the TV behaves extremely funny with its network card. Filmed connection logs from the router. For 2 minutes, the network card turns on, then turns off for 3 minutes, and so on in a circle. If you get into the "2 minutes the card is on" phase, you can turn on the TV remotely. If you get into the "3 minutes the card is turned off" phase, remote activation does not occur.
