I bought a more expensive one and thought it was heavier than it actually is. Second, when first used, the part of the corkscrew should be flush with where you place the cap of the wine bottle, but instead it sticks out, making it difficult to start.

I was very impressed with the quality of this opener. Others I've bought in the past have felt flimsy and eventually flexed, but this one looks nice and solid. The packaging was also nice and practical. The last thing I ever want to do is cut things like this out of the box. So annoying! I am very happy with the quality of this knife and will definitely use it!

This corkscrew is light and handy. It was bought to replace another broken corkscrew. For this item to work, you basically put a screw on the connector and turn it clockwise. Once the wings of the corkscrew rise above the bottle, take your hand off the handle (capsule opener) and place it on the wings. Click on the wings, after which the cork should begin to rise from the bottle. So far, so good.
