🔧 4-Pack Workmate Swivel Grip Peg Replacements for Black & Decker - Model 79-010-4 Review

I didn't expect them to be better than the original that came with the B&D Workmate 225, but they are. They fit perfectly and appear to be very solid. Delivered just as quickly. They cost a little more than I was willing to spend, but at least they look like they'll last a lifetime.

I love my workmate and it makes it so much better. Holds unusual shaped objects better. Also trying to pinch items with a sponge will make things a lot easier. Taller pens replaced those that came with the Workmate. Definitely allows for a few more clamping options.

The ones in the photo are in the original style, the ones sent are not original or original in the style I bought. These are definitely not original parts that work. If I had known that, I could have bought them elsewhere for less money. The photo is very deceptive. If you want or need authentic or original style, don't buy them.

These were impossible to find, all I could find were 3/4 pawls that did NOT fit the 20mm holes on the Workmate. However, as soon as I dialed the "twist grip" they immediately popped out and as soon as they arrived they slammed right into my workmate's jaws and for about the same price as 3/4 dogs. They work well and are grooved for more cocking options than regular 3/4 pawls, which are worth every penny.

79-010-4 Workmate pivots replaces Black & Decker (4pcs): They are a slightly different color than the original (broken) parts that were delivered with my work colleague from Black & Decker. But they fit better. They are easy to connect and still move, but without the "give". Assuming they hold up to my light home use (no reason to think they won't), they're 5 stars for me.

These clothespins are the perfect replacement for original Black and Decker clothespins. Don't get me wrong, I liked the originals because they lasted almost 15 years, but recently two of them broke. Finding this Workmate replacement for Revain was worth the jump. The new pens are "more powerful" and slightly redesigned, but still fit perfectly in the Workmate's holes. I'm happy.

I lost the original jaw for my 40 year old partner. At this point in my life, it made more sense to just buy a set than to rummage through the basement and shed for originals. They work great and their bright orange color makes them easier to find the next time I lose them. I only rated them 4 stars for "value". Two and a half dollars a piece seems like a lot.
