Torn when I put them on on the first ride. Good weight, good protection but (of course) durability wasn't what I expected.

Very light and flexible. The first knee pads I had didn't slip off. You don't overheat in them. It's easy to forget you're even wearing them. Outstanding product!

I bought two of these X-LARGE sizes. One fits well and the other is too tight. The upper band leaves a red ring on the leg for several days. I use them when I need them but I had to return or exchange them.

Recommended size based on thigh and calf measurements was too small and hard pads cut into upper calf. The seams on the upper cuff came undone before first use.

I really wanted to like them as they are compact and have the best balance of protection and impact when pedaling. However, I would not recommend them due to durability issues. The mesh material on the back is very thin and I tore a pad on the first try. I attributed this to user error. However, after only 3 rides with these pads and no collisions, I found this huge crack where the pad attaches to the kneecap. Very disappointing.

This is a great knee pad, but I think it falls somewhere between medium and large. The medium size is too tight on the thigh so I tried the large. The large sleeve fits my leg perfectly, but the padding digs into my shin. I think as the material gets warmer it gets more flexible, but I ride a lot in the winter. The search for the perfect knee pad continues. give them a chance If you like the fit they will be amazing.

I should have listened to previous reviews. I read several external reviews praising comfort and protection. But it doesn't matter if it doesn't last. The seam of one of the knee pads came undone right out of the box! I still had the tags (including photos) and didn't even ride it. Normally I'd just swap them out, but a few others here are having the same issue, so I'll probably look at other brands. If you're reading this review, you probably should too!

First knee pads I've bought. My hips are 18.5 and they are big. Fit is available. The thigh sleeves slipped a bit on my first ride with them, but I wore spandex underwear under the armor that went below the knee with them. So maybe it doesn't work on bare skin? Despite the fact that the thigh "cuff" slipped down, the knee pad stayed in place. I haven't crashed into them yet and ideally I won't, but I'm happy with them. I think this may have contributed to the fact that it was hotter on track…
