Fantastic French Press

This french press is perfect for a single cup of coffee. It comes with it's own scoop so you get the right amount of coffee each time. I bought it for the office so that I don't have to drink coffee from one of those machines that uses pods. Easy to clean and easy to use. My recommendation is water around 190 degrees and let it brew for five minutes.

  • Glass cracked all the way around after less than a month of use.

Makes a smooth cuppa

I bought this for work and it is perfect. I heat filtered water in the microwave, pour out in and give it a minute or two. I can also heat the water in the little pot in the microwave and stir in the grounds, but I perfect pouring it over the grounds. The press fits well and I get no grounds at all in my coffee. It's super easy to clean. The coffee is so good- so worth the effort.

Great product for my opinion

The Flavor with this press. IS OUTSTANDING! The last time I used a coffee press was in the 90's. They put grounds all in my drink. Yes I have some grounds in my cup. But in the very bottom. This is FINE. The coffee taste like a coffee maker made the cup of coffee.I am MORE THAN PLEASED!

Makes a far superior cup of coffee than a Keurig. Definitely not as fast, but if you're looking for quality, this will do the job well.

Nothing better that French Press Coffee

My last wife introduced me to French Press Coffee just before our first cruise, loved it ever since. Have one extra stored just in case any should happen to this one because I don't want to ever go back to any other type of preparing my morning coffee!

Order 1000ml, receive 350ml 👎 twice now!

I would love to give this a great review but they keep sending the incorrect item. I ordered the 1000ml size and they send the 350ml which is about 1 measuring cup- not even a full cup of coffee size! The 350ml box has a replacement barcode on the bottom of the box that says it’s 1000ml which it is not because I already have the 1000 ml size and was ordering this one for a family member. I have notified amazon to tell the warehouse the error but I have now received 2 yes 2 in the wrong size…

Nice mini press at a great price

I needed a one-person French press to brew a cacao bean beverage I’ve gotten hooked on, which should be brewed with a press. I am quite happy with my Rainbeam press. I picked this because of price, and I am happy with my purchase. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and brews a tasty cup.

This was a gift for my 88 year old mother. After a failed brewing attempt I gave her a virtual refresher course on how to use a French press and she raves about it now every day when I call her!

It’s a tiny little thing. Makes 10 ounces of coffee.

If you use 4 tablespoons of coffee grounds and pour in 12 ounces of water (the maximum amount that is humanly possible), you’ll end up with a 10-ounce cup of coffee. I didn’t really grasp how small 12 ounces is (it says it is a 12-ounce French press), and 10 ounces is even less (1-1/4 measuring cups).

Cleaning broke the beaker

Cleaning with soap and a soft sponge caused a large piece of glass to break off (and cut me) rendering the thing totally unusable.Kind of bummed because this was the perfect size french press and I used it almost daily for the past month+.Don't know if the issue was due to a manufacturing defect or what, but now I'm coffeeless.

Too big for single servings

I had a glass press that shattered. For a single serving or two . this press is probably too large. Three healing teaspoons doesn’t bottom the plunger. It is about 1/2 " too tall from fitting underneath the Kuerig. It is easy to clean and the mesh does filter out fine grounds.

Makes coffee prep easy

Fairly easy to clean. Easy to use and keeps hot coffee hot and cold coffee cold. I use for both depending on what I am craving at the time. Absolutely recommend esp for cold brew just make it once and store it for future coffee servings.

It works and is inexpensive

I have only used it twice but it works. It is a typical small French press. The flavor depends most on the coffee. The only complaint is the top fits very loosely.

Broke within a month!

Cheap, do not buy! It broke with light use within a month. It was a small screw piece that holds the filter that broke, now it is totally useless as the filters can not be held in place.

Got tons of use out of it until it eventually fell apart a year and a half later. Still solid for the price and how often my house drinks coffee!
