This is a tool I probably won't use often so I was very happy to find a cheap version online. The quality of the instrument seems to be very good. Haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will work fine.

Everything in this kit worked well except the red handle idler retainer. The two protruding parts are too wide to fit in the roller holes. I notched them to make it barely work.

Tie Rod not properly sized - the distance between the lugs that engage the pulley has been exceeded. The cam extension bushing also has trouble engaging the cam adjuster. If you enjoy bending and modifying tools to make them work, this toolbox is for you. All in all, not a good compromise between overpriced professional tools and cheap Chinese junk that doesn't even work. It could be better.

This tool kit was used to replace the timing belt on a 2006 Audi A4 Quattro Cabriolet. The camshaft locking tool worked perfectly. It's a bit comfortable to put on and it took a bit to rock the cams back and forth, but one day the tooling stayed in place. The clamps fit my daughter's 2006 A4 3.0 Quattro Cabriolet and are very helpful when installing the timing belt on this engine. Part of installing the belt requires loosening the sprockets on the camshaft while you install and tension the belt, so any timing markers you intend to use can quickly become unreliable so locking the cams and crank is very important.
