sturdy magnifying glass

This is a glass magnifying lens meant for rough use. The casing acts as a shock absorber which, I can tell works perfectly, as I have seen dropping it from center table height to hard floor without any damage. The magnification of 4X as advertised seems to be about right. I use it for reading really small instruction and medicine labels, but it is mostly used by my daughter who loves to follow the cookie crumbs pretending as a detective. Not 4X magnification 👁

This magnifying glass seems well made with a comfortable thick handle. I got this for my 4-yr old to investigate his world and although he had fun with it, I was disappointed with the magnification. It is advertised as 4X but I could not get it to look any more than 2X. See the picture and compare the thicknesses of the yellow and white bars (or the box) when being magnified.I do not know if this magnifies enough to help those that need to read, but it works well enough as a toy. He can pretend

Pretty good quality

MJIYA Magnifying Glass is pretty good quality. The rubberized handle makes it easy to hold and you don't have to worry about it slipping. This is one of those things you don't really think about until you are doing something and need one and don't have one. Maybe you were working on something and need to see a little more up close with tools. Think glasses repair. This magnifying glass is clear and easy to use. I like the size and the rubber edge and handle for drops/bumps. Good to have for reading fine print.

Bought for a costume - and yay!

I bought this to use for a Velma costume - loved that it had little orange accents and thought that would be a neat addition! It shipped quickly and worked perfectly for my intended use. It was easy to hold onto, not too heavy, and seems like it would hold up pretty well. We played with it throughout the night, and I'm not sure it's the most effective magnifying glass out there, but I do think it would be useful for that intended purpose as well! Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Great size and quality

Very sturdy with plastic handle. I use this magnifying glass to get a closer look at my trading cards before sending off to psa. Easy to store and with the orange and black color easy to find.

OK, this is a really good magnifying glass I keep at my desk for quick access and use. Does a pretty good job. Does not light up but it's easy to hold and use. Solid in every way. Made in China.

Great Product for my opinion

I bought this for my Grandson so he could look in his aquarium and see the smaller friends that like to hide.He is only 4 and is able to handle it quite well.The color is bright and the product is very sturdy.Would recommend
