Great Quality Little Baking Pan Set

The package arrived very quickly as promised, these pans are of great quality smooth and very easy to open and close the spring catch, so easy to clean. I baked mini fruit cakes and only had to use a paper towel to wipe it clean and then do another batch. I have some other pans that I bought from another company and I have to soak and scrub them. Highly recommend these. I also got a nice thank you note from the seller, which was so welcoming. I will buy from them again!

If you want professional kitchen results, these are the pans.

Even with the non stick, every baker still uses parchment paper, because it allows the cake to grow much higher than the pan lip. These pans are perfect for wedding cakes, just for that feature.The groove inside the pan, where the side meets the bottom, lightly grease the sides, then slide your strip of parchment that is 2 inches taller than the sides, down and into the base groove. The lightly grease the bottom and place a round of parchment on the bottom. Done!Now you can remove the cake easy

Great quality! on my review.

I am pleasantly surprised by how nice these pans are for the price. Very excited to make some cheesecakes. When I received the pans there was a nice thank you note/card in the box for supporting a small family run business. It’s nice to know that this purchase was not only helping but it was acknowledged. I will be seeing what else I can purchase to help this business.

Great Baking Pan for my opinion

This is a great baking pan. Works as expected. The icing on the cake was receiving a handwritten note from the owners. I was not aware I was purchasing from a small business, but it was nice to see a human touch in a computerized world. Would definitely order from this business again.

Just what I needed!

This came beautifully packaged and it is everything it says it is. I am teaching my grandson to bake and we used this for a flourless cake. Baked evenly, pan cleans easily and the cake came away just as it was described!

My choice in pan size was wrong

I was a but disappointed in the size of the pan. It was smaller than 7 inches. I decided to keep it, but I haven't used it yet. The cheesecake I was planning to make would have overflowed the pan.

Slick as a whistle. Hard to find a 7 inch springform pan that will fit inside an InstantPot. This worked wonderfully for a cheesecake.

These pans are AWESOME!

I made a white chocolate raspberry / blueberry cheese cake, which we know can be super sticky. This pan was fabulous! I lightly greased with butter, made graham cracker crust added 1/2 cheesecake mixture, 1/2 berries, then the next layer the same. Baked according to recipe, cooled all night. The spring on the side was very easy didn't leak and it turned out fabulous. Popped right out f the pan, no mess, no fuss, no broken slices! Very happy!

Exactly what I needed

I made a three tier snowman cake for Christmas and these were exactly what I needed. Super easy to work with. My cakes just came right out, no sticking. I love the fact that you can take them apart because that makes the clean up super easy

The product is a beauty! I don't bake much and was inspired by a friend to make a cheesecake in the insta-pot. Nice finish, an excellent fit, and is easy to store. But the best part was the hand-written THANK YOU note enclosed in the package from Jess! Thank you for the old-school touch. When we need cooking things, we will come to them!

Perfection! in my review

I have become hell-bent on reproducing a cheesecake I remember from my youth; unfortunately, it's taking a lot of practice shots to get there. My old pan actually started peeling up metal during the last baking so I decided to purchase a new one. When I saw the 3 sizes being offered I jumped on it because I always have shortbread cookie crust, custard, and sour cream topping left over from the largest pan, so now I'm using the smallest to make a quick cake, too. Can't miss!
