Great for my calligraphy

Bought this to write addresses on envelopes. By shining a beam of light on the envelope, I was able to easily trace the line, which helped me keep my calligraphy even. I saw someone recommending this tool on Pinterest and decided to give it a try. Great tool for my project.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons

Easy to carry Good for laser levels and accessories

I like it because it's small and does a good job. I'm a calligrapher and with a line laser I can easily carry it around. I love it and since I started using it I haven't had a problem with curved lines and don't need to draw guides to write straight. Everything is simple with a linear laser.

  • New

It's a laser level! It's a cat toy!

I make a lot of posters and needed a bubble level to keep my lines straight. When I was making my first poster, I could hear my cat pawing around behind me. I followed the sound and realized the boy was attacking the laser beam. So much fun! We press the power button and this little guy runs over to play with the light. This is also a good level.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Handy little gadget!

I finally bought one of these after having wall decor next to my bed for a few months and my boyfriend never took the time to help me hang them up and I always did Try to look at it and guess if it just happened or not. I was a bit doubtful that this wouldn't stick to the wall as written because my walls are really textured and the command strips wouldn't even stick, but it stuck perfectly! And comes with extra sticky stuff! I will use this little gadget often!

Pros
  • Sticks to any surface for hands free use
Cons
  • small things

Great for laser levels and accessories

I was delighted to replace my old Ryobi version with this one. I read a lot of good reviews and pulled the trigger. What frustrated me the most was that when I tried to stick the "mouse" to a normal vertically painted wall, the sticky part popped out of the mouse and stuck to the wall. I then spent the next 10 minutes scrubbing the dirt off the wall, which removed some of the paint. I tried putting the sticky piece back into their design slot but the second time I used it the same thing…

Pros
  • Projects a laser line up to 30ft
Cons
  • Expensive

Terrible! A piece of paint removed from the wall

This article is pretty terrible. First, the sticky substance that should be easily removed from the wall is neither. I fixed it to the wall and found it was too low. When I tried to take it off, a piece of paint was actually removed from the wall. The sticky stuff also left gray marks all over the wall that were difficult to remove. The laser part was fine, it tapered about 2ft in front of the unit, I had to close the blinds and hang some wall decoration in the dark to see the line. I would not

Pros
  • Class II laser with output power ≀1 mW
Cons
  • No automatic
