This product is a complete waste of money. AFTER trying this product, i regret not investing in a more substantial microscope from a more recognized brand. The microscope appears cheaply made and is not sturdy enough to handle consistent laboratory use. The image quality is not up to par with industrial and scientific standards. Excellent staining racks. Xylene does not affect the integrity of the plastic. Much cheaper than buying from the histology website.
