A9 04Z Aluminum Cutting Fluid Review

I bought this on purpose because the advert showed a metal container with a small diameter spout ideal for small work pieces. 4 oz. Instead, the version arrived in a plastic bottle.

Not used yet but bought this brand on purpose as it was shown in a metal tin. THIS IS NOT IN A METAL CAN! I read that the Tap Magic brand pictured on the tin was not in the tin either, so I tried the A9 brand without the tin.

Good thing for Alu. Yes, I said "aluminum" because I like to spell it that way. (It's all legal, really) Anyway. Excellent cutting fluid. I even use it for brass. doesn't glue my blade to a bandsaw. Although it comes in a crappy plastic bottle. - I was hoping for a metal can. :(

All I can say is that I drilled some pretty clean holes in a cast aluminum motorcycle wheel hub to prepare the threaded inserts. I'm not a professional locksmith, but I've had bad experiences with "sticky" aluminum and clogged holes! Maybe I got lucky this time, but from now on I don't want to be without this product anymore!
