I like how easy this system is for managing all my patients, from basic visits through billing/refill scripts. Also there are numerous templates available. Accessing information can be challenging as it takes some time before one familiarizes themselves with the interface and its capabilities. Abelmed is very user-friendly, quick to learn, and easy to navigate. The system also integrates well with other devices like our Practice Management Office and Practice Management Software. The software allows us to quickly share information in real time with patients. I like how easy it is to navigate, and how efficient everything is. The reports are very detailed, which allow for better patient care. The ability to easily send reports via email makes it simple for the doctor to view when they are away from their computer or phone. The app doesn't always work properly when using the website. I like how easy it is for me as an administrator of this system, because everything can be done from one screen! It's very user-friendly in terms or ease of use when setting up patient information such as allergies/medications etc., which makes my life easier than having separate systems set aside just so they are not mixed together at some point during treatment process.
