Ideal for drain cleaning and allows the use of nylon for delicates, brass for more cleaning power or steel when you need industrial strength. Purchased to remove dirt and rust from tools before and after soaking. They work well for an unintended purpose. I really like changing the brush size. Would like a smaller size. Would give five stars but the handle doesn't snap into place. I got it with a bent piece of thinner plastic and it doesn't snag on the handle.

This is a great set with a large selection of materials, shapes and sizes. Different materials allow you to use the type of brush that best suits your work. with a nice handle to hold the brushes and the brushes just snap into the handle. There is also an extension cord that also has a latch. Of course, you can also use them in a drill or screwdriver.

These brushes were bought to remove rust and other buildup in threaded holes - and they're perfect for that, and a wide range of sizes ensures a precise fit. It's important to note that they are *not* designed to stick to surfaces or anything; they are not very durable (if you want to remove a lot of rust from exposed car parts, buy a thicker wire brush)

I have used these brushes in many different areas. Cleaning the ends of battery cables, atomizers, hoses, heater core tubes, etc. I've tried other brands in the past and they've just been cheap. It did not withstand use at all, and the bristles either quickly fell out or quickly deformed, rendering them practically unusable in a short time. The wire bristles hold up very well and I'm very impressed so far. I definitely recommend buying them.

Holy eggs! When I first got them I got scared lol. As a facility maintenance manager, I have to make sure the things I buy work for my project or I fall behind like I did in this case. I was very happy to see and read that they fit the Dualt (sp?) drill bit! This was my main concern. It was the perfect match. I am an automotive technician and purchased these wire brushes specifically for derusting brake caliper bores and various other vehicle components which bores can rust. The FIRST time I used it I already had 1 broken wrist and I have not abused it in any way.
