Failed at Hammers

I put 180 AllanBlocks (80lbs each) in it and hit them with maybe 10 block hits (1800 hits) and it broke! I have many more walls ahead of me. Dinner is sad!

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • So far so good

Whatever is in it squirts

I took this item out of the packaging and tried it on a soft piece of wood and a chisel. It "sprinkles" whatever is in it like a salt shaker. Very doubtful

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

Excellent for handling kindling.

I bought this hammer to process firewood for kindling. So far this is the perfect fix for my fries. Hard enough for everything to work as it should, but not too hard to make it stressful.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Made in China not SD

The hammer is fine but I was disappointed that it was made in China. The info says that the family business in SD convinced me to buy this. I must have missed where it says this hammer is made in China. Although I am satisfied with the quality of the product.

Good tool, no smell of chemicals

I mainly use it for leather work. Nothing out of the ordinary but I really like that it doesn't smell. I used to buy demolition hammers at shipping ports and they smelled of plastic, of formaldehyde. This smell is neutral

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Hammer disintegrated in just 6 months.

I've been using jackhammers like this for a long time. As a rule, they serve for years and years, if not decades. This hammer was terrible. It fell apart after 6 months. It's still clean and shiny, but it doesn't work anymore. I don't recommend spending any money on it.

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • not bad

Great because I bought it

I bought it as a trainer. It's heavy, well balanced and well made. The price wasn't bad, although the one we happened to happen to from the discount chain was cheaper but didn't require shipping. This came to me via Amazon Prime, which sometimes means (shipping included when we have no selling competition)

Cons
  • Big and bulky

So far, so good. in dead-blow hammers

Arrived on time but box barely fit a 4 lb hammer. I used the Dead Blow Hammer on heavy landscape rock for a few days and it held up. I use a piece of wood as a buffer between the hammer and the stone because the stone has a rough surface and I usually like to take care of my new tools. The hammer works and holds up to this day and for now I'm happy with it.

Cons
  • Slightly torn

This is my second hammer. I use them to install retaining wall blocks on top of the main course. First, a round part wore out and fell off, revealing the container that holds the shot. I blamed it on wear and tear until I saw others with the same problem. However, I bought another one. This time the pen clicked on the head. I am a homeowner working on a project that failed. In fact, I bought a third one as a last resort. The third was structurally exactly the same as the second. It also broke…

Cons
  • No instructions
