First of all, this is not a bad product. It looks very solid and well made. It's not quiet, but it's very quiet at low speeds. I also really like the expandability – we decided to add additional cooling directly to our A/V receiver, which does not have built-in active cooling. Efficient and well made, but too noticeable for me at fan speeds above LOW. I installed a Denon AVR S900W in an open front console. I installed them with relative ease including a 2 fan extension for another AC Infinity AI-CFD120BA Dual 120 Quiet Cabinet Fan, Black, 4 fans total. The control unit is easy to use. Performance seems good enough so far, but noise is an issue. At low and medium speeds, both pairs of fans make a rattling, grinding noise.
