Its ability to monitor the compliance of your plan. They give you instant alerts when they find something they believe is non-compliant. I have yet to be given any false positives or negatives with their service. Their customer support has been very responsive. It's difficult when there are so many other providers in our marketplace offering a better price. The fact that my plans are all on one platform makes it easy for me to keep track of them. The ease of use, it makes compliance easy to do with just one tool! I love how customizable this software really is so you can easily tailor your solution for what works best in your organization. There are many different ways to accomplish tasks but not all fit perfectly into our workflow (I work part-time as an internal consultant). I like having everything in one place, it's convenient to access all my data from anywhere with an internet connection (computer/tablet), plus you can send out reminders via email or text! It takes some time for me get used at first but after awhile its becomes easier as your files will be organized automatically into folders by date range so finding any file is easy once know where they are located :) If there was something i didn't enjoy about this program then would have been if we could see

The software is easy to use, it provides me with all of my compliance needs plus more! I am able to track everything from start-to-finish for each employee as well as their benefits information. It's very user friendly - you can do most things without having any training or help at all (other than getting started). There are some minor glitches here & there but nothing major.
